Ming provides AI-powered destiny readings based on your birth date and time. The Service includes personalized readings, compatibility analysis, and conversational AI guidance. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.

2. Disclaimer

The readings and advice provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. They should not be considered as:

• Professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise)
• Predictions of future events with any guarantee of accuracy
• A substitute for professional consultation or guidance

You acknowledge that destiny readings are based on traditional interpretive frameworks and AI analysis, and that individual results and experiences may vary. You should not make important life decisions based solely on information provided by the Service.

3. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate birth information for readings to function as intended
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Includes a limited number of readings. Once your free readings are used, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue.
• Paid Plans: Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to new billing periods and will not affect your current billing period.

5. Payments and Cancellation

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, algorithms, or system prompts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or security measures
• Share, resell, or redistribute readings generated by the Service for commercial purposes
• Input false information about other individuals without their consent (for compatibility readings)
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Ming and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated readings provided to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share individual readings with others but may not systematically reproduce or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MING AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Losses arising from decisions made based on readings provided by the Service
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in readings
• Unauthorized access to your data despite our security measures

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
